Don't think they call what he's wear-n a "kilt". Think they call it a denim mini-mini skirt . With combat boots too .

Yes,
I prefer a light fabric Easter type dress while at work with a nice cool A/C duct under my chair.
Have learned over the years though not to wear white, as dingleberrys tend to stain the dress.
