Closing on a house on 6 acres at end of September. Was curious on what you have to do to qualify for ag exemption? I know it may vary by county but just looking for some general answers. Thanks.

In most counties I believe its 10 acres minimum but check your county. It has to be in Ag for 5 years prior.Comment
