We civilians just don't realize what our brothers in the LEO business put on the line for us every day they answer the call to go to work! I earnestly pray for comfort for the family as well as the family of the shooter. There's just no good in such evil and the families of everyone involved have been changed forever.

Thanks to all the local heroes we don't even know about as I pray for their safety and divine protection.

My stepson is a Bastrop County sheriff's deputy and it gives me chills everytime i see something like this. My most heart-felt prayers to this family and my most sincere thanks to them for supporting him as he served his community.
