Here is the thread on ours. We have been in it for almost 3 years and the only thing I would do different is add more electrical plugs and outside drops for porch lighting.

Roofs are installed now over both porches and the 25x38 carport. Guess I need to take some more pictures someday.

Like mine no issues at all...only thing I regret is not making a wrap around porch I only did a 10x40 in the front....

has anybody done the spray in foam insulation? I have hear pretty much nothing but good things about it. Does anybody know what they are charging for that now?

I framed wood inside metal structure. I insulated roof with some hefty insulation and left attic basically open with ridge vents and powered fans

We should be starting the process shortly and will update y'all as it goes up.
We are expecting 3 months before they get to ours.
