I have a decent sized smoker. No huge. I can cook you a brisket, ribs, chicken, pork butt, etc.

I'm a pretty good cook. Bring me the meat and I'll spice it up.

Never tried jerky on my smoker. I've cooked it in a dehydrator. I love jerky I need to figure out how to do it on my smoker.

Just injected the brisket i got for my neighbor. Ribs are in the fridge waiting for tomorrow. I have cooked in a couple of cooking contest and I feel more pressure to cook perfect now than ever!!

I have a rack of ribs and a brisket for my retired neighbor. And a very special rack of ribs from a TBH.
