Anybody had a cuddle back crash during a firmware update? Found a way to fix it? Tried to help my dad update his Capture IR. followed directions and went to reboot the camera and it will do nothing. Help

All game cameras are disposable! I've tried them all sooner or later they break for no apparent reason. -
Did the cam take the bin files? If not, try and do the update again. Cudde's are notorious for this. "Hate Em"Comment

Tried to redo it. Camera does nothing. Usually when you put in the batteries it shows a # that tells you what version it is running. Screen stays blank and camera won't turn on for me to try it again. Got a email in to Cuddeback but wanted to see if anybody had any experience with fixing this problem.Comment

I've had a couple of "cuddle back crashes" in the past 10 years if marriage, but I doubt my wife would approve of me sharing here.

You may try to call their CS dept and have one of them walk you through the process. It may need to be sent in for repairs, if it is that bad.Comment
