Another age question

Any ideas on the age of this deer?He looks 4 in some pics and 5 in others.I thought I would ask some of the aging experts on the green screen.Guess away.I like to wait until 5 yrs old but my neighbor doesn't even wait until season opens sometimes.

I might even put him at 3. Chest, and rears don't look to be a 4 or 5yr old.

Tough for me to age in the summer but he is so much bigger bodied than the other deer.

4+ Hard to say forsure but, at least 4yrs old

I'm thinking more around 4 1/2 max. Still pretty level across his top and doesn't appear to be too deep in his brisket. If you have neighbors that are shoot if it has horns I would probably have to take him out. If you think he could make it through the year I might give him a pass til next year.
