    Need some alone time?

I bought the GF a book because all the lady friends have been talking about it. "50 shades of grey" .... UPS delivered at 545pm today, I havent seen her since 546pm. Apparently there is a guy in this book that she would like to meet. From what I have heard she is gonna learn a couple new tricks too!

My wife has read the whole series twice in less than a month. At least she's not asking me why I'm not sweet like that metro vampire from twilight anymore.

There is a good reason why they named it Grey. Read Rev 3:16....pick one.

I cannot speak to the soundness of the book, but my wife has made her way through them I think one time. She was a little shocked at first, and also said they were really poorly written.

But she did say it was entertaining. I'm just glad I don't have to hear about Edward....My God I wanted to choke that poor guy and I don't even know him

I sir will bet you she reads at least the first hundred pages the first night. Maybe we can put a wager on this?

No wagers, my gambling is diversified. I just don't want her on more distractions. This girl has "Law and Order" DVR'd everyday for hours. And if I am not there and she is not working, "L&A" is on, yuck.

Worst case scenario. I showed up at the house today and a friend dropped off the next two books of the series. I made a joke about one of the books being torn up like she found a chapter she had to read several times. Anyway. the GF will be in her cave for a couple weeks.

I might lose my man card on this one but I'd suggest reading at least the 1st book. My thinking was "what makes this book so captivating that women are reading it twice?"

I think it will suprise you what is peaking the ladies interest and from our circle of friends, it seems to be true. It is at our house, lol.

Deb is right, clothing stores are showing record sales of grey neck ties and I can assure you they are not getting worn to work each day. Most of you horsemen have riding crops already so you're good to go.

Get to reading, it'll open up a whole new world.

Make her read the entire series....TWICE!

Let her read for a while at night. When you start to see her get a little fidgety...GAME ON!

The benefits to this book are outstanding.
