Anybody else using anything besides corn?

It's $11 a bag here and that's the cheapest around. Is anyone using anything else for attraction? He also told me the next shipment could legitimately be 13-14 a bag.

A food plot is the best way to keep em around but you're talking a lot of time and effort, and money to get one going. It sucks that corn has gotten so expensive. STUPID OIL PRICES!!!!

I am still throwing corn but my timers went from 3 seconds to 1 second. They used to get a meal at the feeder...now they just get a quick snack.

I just started running a new protein that is made for spin feeders. I'm told it has a coating to make it somewhat water resistant. It's $9 per bag. The way I see it if I'm going to sling something it may as well be the best I can put out there.

I had been feeding a mix of soybeans and corn but the beans have gone up to $22 per bag so they're done.

Also due to the abundance of green stuff I'm only feeding 3 seconds twice a day. At that rate there is very little on the ground when I check the feeder.

3 seconds= meal? Then my 16 seconds twice a day must be a buffet....
