Editing Video from my Go Pro

I am working on editing the video from our Colorado trip on my Go Pro. I am using Windows Movie Maker and it is making the video pixelated. The raw video on my computer looks great, but in Movie Maker it stinks. What do you guys edit with and any idea why this is happening?

I use all Mac stuff I Movie and Final Cut Pro--- sorry dont know PC. Maybe try a few YouTube Tutorials. Lots of good ones out there.

The settings you save the movie at make a big difference.

Windows Movie Maker is actually capable of decent quality.
