I'm taking the course next week and the person who scheduled me said I could go ahead and do the online state application/fingerprinting before I take the course and it will speed the process up. Has anyone done this or should I just wait until after the course to do the rest?

Not sure what the point is since you have to submit scans/mail in the paperwork along with it. They don't even look at the app until everything is submitted. Atleast that's the impression I'm under.Comment

Yes, I would do it to speed things up. You need the online app done so you can get an appointment for fingerprints, out here in no-mans land they just do that (electronic fingerprints) once a week. If you have all the stuff already done you can just throw it all in a packet and mail it the day after class. If you wait untill after class it may take a week to get all your stuff gathered up. I wish I would have known and had someone tell me, it would have helped alot.Comment
