I tried this Saturday night a week ago and camp generator seemed to be better, but it still flipped once. Not sure the wattage on that generator. It's older but a tad bigger.

Your genny is on the minimal side but if the a/c is the only load you might be okay.just turn off everything else and try it. If you have a buddy with an amp meter have him check how much your trailer is pulling and you'll know whats up right away with no guessin!
I'm taking the cord from the trailer and attaching an adapter, then to the generator. Adapter is less than a foot long.

You generator should be rated a certain Peak or Surge amp rating. I'm pretty sure the 27.5 amps RMS (Continuous). You A/C has a running amp rating of about 15amp, generally you can double your running amps for start up. So you will probably have about 30 amp surge at start up. Check to see want your surge rating on generator.

Also Fridge pulls about 4 amps, Converter pulls about 4 amps, so you can add those to your total amperage.

I beleive your generator might not have the surge capabilites or you have a weak breaker
        Good Luck

IMO you're pressing your luck with that size generator. Those rooftop A/C units pull lots of amps on start up. I ran one on a 4000wt Generac and it was struggling.

Seems to happen in extreme temps. Either really HOT or pretty cold. (for this area anyway)

            Thanks!
Smaller wire will make compresor work harder too. My dad learned hard way on this and passed knowledge to me. I got a popup too and I wired mine with 10 guage have no issues on power or generator. The guy at the dealer that helped my dad figure his problem out told him that it is VERY common for them to come undersized.

You can turn fridge off on outside exhaust panel on pop up directly behind fridge

Thanks for the heads up. After loads of advice, think I'm going to sell the generator and buy one double the wattage. Seems like that's the consensus.

Okay so you are feeding camper with 120volts and i'd bet ya the circuit breaker on the genny is 15 amp rated, right? if so then either something aint up to snuff with that breaker or genny output or the a/c is pulling more than should....dang I wish you were closer I'd come check it out and sprinkle some magical fairy dust on it! pm on the way!
