Cool video. I used that method 2 years ago when my elk died on a God-awful steep mountain. Works really good!

Yup thats the best way IMO. Nothing in those guts I want anway.If you leave the legs on you can use them as handles to put over your shoulder to carry out, if you dont have a big back pack.
