I think this is a good 12 volt battery, but I'm asking the green screen. I don't have much experience with this stuff! If it is good, then the motor needs to be replaced.

A dead battery, will sometimes give the right voltages.

I picked up a new battery today and a new motor. I want to be prepared when I get out to the feeder; it's a long way out there! I connected my old battery to the new motor and it didn't move the shaft. Then I connected the new battery to the new motor and it spins the shaft. So maybe it's time to replace the battery, and that's an easy fix. But I'll have a new motor on hand just in case...
Thanks for the input guys!

I'll bet it does not spin. 13+ volts with no load looks like a good battery.
