I have a major case to report about a frenchman here on a work Visa commiting millions of dollars in fraud on companies all around the world thru a bid rigging scam. The FBI and Justice department are looking into it but said I should call I.C.E. since it would be a quicker way of seeing action taken against him. So I was wondering if anyone here worked for them, if so I have stacks of proof and want to turn him in.

Let me get this straight, the DOJ and the FBI are investigating a guy and are aware that he might be violating another federal law in addition to their investigation but they suggest a another person or witness call another federal law enforcement agency for them?
