I hate thieves

Hands need to be cut off. I dont hate thieves but I sure do want their hands cut off. Stealing should have great consequences. The reason so many steal is because there is weak consequences. Also not enough trained armed people out there. I sure wish we could adapt a Swedish style as far as the citizens being trained and armed endorsed by the Swedish Government.
