Tractor value?

I am going to look at a used Mihindra tractor this afternoon. It is a 1998 - 2 wheel drive with 302 hours on it 50 H.P. It has a hay fork, brush hog, and front end loader on it. It has been used to keep up a guys rodeo area and garage kept. How do I find a value on this tractor. I was thinking that $10k would be fair.

Personally I think you could get it for around 7500. A lower grade 50 hp tractor like a Mahindra brand new can be found for under 15,000. What brand brush hog does it come with?

You might also look on eBay and see if there are any listed that are similar to what you are looking at.
