How to post YouTube video

This might be a dumb question, and it might be answered in a thread somewhere already...

Whenever I add a YouTube video a brown box pops up. You have to click "I accept" before viewing the video.

Some people's videos just pop up on the screen like normal and all you have to do is click "Play." How do you do this?

I just cut and paste the YOTUBE link on to the main topic box on TBH and it shows up without that brown box. Hope that helps .
