Draw hunts question.

Say out of three hunt dates to prioritize, that I could only make the hunt for one of the dates. I could go if I got drawn for a particular weekend, but could not for the other two.

Do I get any higher priority for that particular hunt date if I only put down that date on my priority list? Is there any need to list the other two and AA (any above)?

When this is the case for me, I only list the date that I can go. I don't want to lose my preference points in case I get drawn and can't attend the hunt.

So if they draw your name after all the spots for that hunt date are full, do they just toss your name out and give you a preference point?

That is the way that I understand it.

The way I understand it is that there are seperate drawings for each hunt period. So if you only enter one of say 3 optional hunt periods you will only be entered in that drawing. If you enter for "any available" you will be entered in all hunt period drawings. Someone can correct me if that's wrong but that's how I understand it.
