Just wanted to see if everyone can say a quick prayer for me. I am at a limbo stage in life right now. I have been employed by a school district for the last 7 years and am in the process of changing careers(maybe). I just registered for my CCNA exam. I will be taking the test monday at 1:30. If I can pass the test I will probably be getting out of the education system and into the IT world.
But, just in case, I do have quite a few interviews right now. I have one at 9AM tomorrow at Mathis Junior High for a technology applications teaching job. Same thing I have been doing for the last 3 years minus the coaching and the yearbook, but will be quite a cut in pay, plus a one hour commute instead of 6 minutes. I also have 2 interviews for corpus Christi ISD at the junior high level. One tomorrow at 430pm and one Tuesday at 10:30 am.
Just pray for wisdom as to what to say in the interviews, a great memory for the test, and peace for my wife.
I don't know how you guys that have been unemployed keep up. I haven't worked since June 1st but thank God teachers are paid year round so I have had a paycheck all summer, but about to get my last one of the 31st. Kinda stressful with a wife and two kids at home, but thankfully she works and we will make it.
Sorry for the long read, thanks for the prayers.
