it actually takes a couple years before the peppers are "mature" enough to get the scoville results. You should see crazy hot peppers after the second and third year of pepper production and the higher the humidity the hotter the pepper.

It will change your perception of hot Scotty, you can taste the fruitiness of the pepper like most ultra hots and then it is a kick in the mouth! The burn is a lot sharper than a ghost but very similar in flavor.
bdog, Daves insanity isn't a mild sauce by any imagination at all, that sucker hurts a bit, but the burn is way different from the ultra hots.
I dig the ultra hots because you almost get a high from eating them, all of your blood vessels dilate and oxygen flows very freely around
