Culinary experiment in progress!

Took ground Axis, marinated it for 4 hours. Then mixed it with fresh cut jalapeños, onions, and shredded cheddar cheese. Made some patties for guacamole burgers! Going to put it on a grill here shortly! But not before an honorary swig!
