For those of you that have ordered a string from Korbin, what kind of time frame are we talking about for delivery?

Korbin is a super nice, and honest, guy. Ask him and he will tell you straight up how long

talk about a good guy. I just got off the phone with him and he is going to look into what is going on. He said I should have had it by now.

Tell me the benefits of replacing a factory string. Maybe Korbin will chime in. Are ya'll just replacing older strings or replacing brand new strings? Thanks!

I'm replacing the original string on my bow; it's just time for it to get done and Korbin has a great reputation.

Thanks, kinda what I figured but was curious if there was a benefit to switching earlier

Some factory strings are made by a machine and not pre-stretched under tension. These strings will take some time to settle in, as your peep will turn, and bow needs to be retuned.

Most of the custom string makers still build by hand and will pre-stretch to 300lbs of tension. When you install a custom set of strings there not supposed to stretch. Custom strings cost from $50 - $125 depending on the material used and makers reputation.

Price is not ways an indicator of quality . It's all about experience and if the string builder knows what he is doing. I always support the little man and do not spend my $$$ with the large company string makers.

Another benefit with custom strings, you can choose the string material, number of strands, serving material, and color

I would wait a month for a string from Korbin purely based on his personal customer service.

Called me up to tell me he thought a white (clear) serving string would look better on the colors I chose than black, it looked WAY better. Thanks Korbin

About 6 months later.... My cam was dented and caused the serving on my busse cable to start fraying (Totally because of the bow, it had a sharp spot on it) and not only did Korbin repair my buss cable free of cost, he still had it noted how long it was and had one overnighted to me for my hunt I was going on that weekend. Thanks again Korbin!!!

Go with a string from Korbin... High quality product backed by better customer service, he's the man.

Still trying to win one of the Facebook contests!!!! Hi Korbin

It took me like 3 days to get the string.
