I have been a Ford man for 8 years but wanted to change it up some. With all the rebates and the warranty, figured why not. The 0% is hard to beat. 2012 Tundra TX edition. The power over Ford is like day and night. I miss Ford interior design as the Tundra interior is pretty boring. But it makes up for it in other places.

Thanks! I've never had a 4x4 that was good on gas lol.. I think people that buy 4x4 trucks and worry about mpg have a lot of to worry about. Or people that buy $30,000+ trucks and want to save money on gas, hell you spent 30 grand put some fuel in her and get it hell.
Bowl of rice or not, the resale on these bad boys is worth eating with chop sticks. Plus this was made right here in SATX with Japan parts ofcourse. The TX edition have over 10K in rebates depending on what dealership your at. Not a big fan of TX stuff (no offense) but the price was well worth it.Last edited by JP8; 07-26-2012, 04:13 AM.

I mean yeah it might of cost Toyota 15K to build the truck but that is a whole different story.Last edited by JP8; 07-26-2012, 04:36 AM.

I was a Chevy man for a long time. I went to test drive the new Silverado Crew fully loaded and then went to test drive a basic model Tundra Crewmax and was blown away... Can't even compare the two. Never thought I'd drive anything other then my Silverado.
The one thing about the Tundra is that the factory front/rear bumpers are crap. Replace them ASAP, before you get dings in them. The rear bumper is just for show, I could hold it up with just my pinky. Sold them both for like $600 on craigslist...
I finally found some bumpers that I liked and a front one that wasn't as bulky looking as the others online. They're awesome! Hit a deer going 55mph and didn't leave a scratch!
Enjoy your new ride!
