I believe it's a difficult thing to do, but sometimes you just have to be appreciative of what God provides. I get where you are sometimes and have to remind myself of how many blessings I have in my life and how I don't really deserve any of it. I hope you find some peace in your life.

Helping others is instrumental in improving your self worth. Check a local food bank, hospital or animal shelter. They will all need help.
