Or you could do what my wife and I do, drive around saying "I don't care" until she finally "cares"

Little red barn, Dicks last resort (okay food but fun experience), alamo cafe, Chester hamburgers, mitieras(sp?), Biff Buzbys Burgers, La Fogata, the Haufbrau, Willie's Roadhouse, Texas Pride (for okay bbq),

I'll think of more later, good luck, lots of.food in this city.

mavericks down 181 on the way to floresville is pretty darn good. atleast I like.

more of an old fashioned mom and pop steak house I think. we really like it, and it gets ya out of town.

Check out a thread called, "San Antonio Riverwalk?"

I started it early this year and there were tons of suggestions! I know you didn't mention the Riverwalk, but again, lots of restaurant ideas. We checked out, LuLu's Bakery, the Sunday we left. It was featured on Man Vs Food for a crazy large cinnamon roll. Long wait, but very cool and delicious. Plus we took home 70% of it and snacked on it the next few days.

Freetails brewery. Good beers and solid pub grub.
