1,050 miles/20+ hours from central New Mexico to central Idaho. I'll never make that mistake again. I was lucky I made it home alive driving head first into a blizzard, negative temps, in a rental Toyota Corolla, and barely making it ahead of closed highways. Someone was watching out for me because I sure wasn't.

          Atlanta ,GA to Shebandawon, Canada.

Drove a dually and pulled a bass boat. Went bear hunting.

Watched bears eat bait all week and then drove home.

First and last time I'll ever sit over bait. Passed on the bears.

23 hours straight to Wyoming on many occasions when I was younger. Now that I’m older and wiser and value sleep I leave a day earlier and get a motel.

In 2005 my Dad and I drove from Austin to Grouard Alberta Canada to go moose hunting. 39 hours one way. Only stopped for fuel and to pull my bumper away from my front tire when Dad hit a pronghorn in Montana. Title lost Curt

20 hours from Paris, Tx to somewhere in Colorado. Gas stops included latrene breaks and bean burritoes. Slept 4 hours, got up and hunted.

That was just stupid to do. I'll never do it again.

Myself and two other guys took turns driving to Hornpayne Ontario, Canada. 37hrs in a half ton dodge diesel was horrible. My azz is still sore, that was three yrs ago.

24 hours to NW Colorado 5 or 6 times.

The last trip we left Montgomery at dusk, drove all day and night took a power nap and went hunting.
