    Grill or Griddle material

    Wondering what the green screen thinks about adding a flat griddle to my 2 burner cook stove. They sell them at Bass Pro where I got the cooker, but they were too proud. How would you do it?

    You can cook the following in it : eggs, bacon, pancakes, fried fish, venison tenderloin, chicken nuggets, biscuits, hamburgers, pork roast , etc....

    Easy to use, clean, store, and travel with

      Steel plate with handles and a lip welded on in that would fit just inside of the stove back/side plates. Easy to take out and clean. It would resemble a caja china lid.

          I have the cast iron, which I do love. But I have a desire to be a short order cook with a stainless spatula.
