    Broussard Louisiana????

About to leave the house. I'll be in Broussard for a week for work. Where's the local hotspots for some good eats?

For lunch there is a place called ton's, jj's pizza is also good. Burger and beer try fat pat's or the station. Mexican, eat at blue agave or baranda's, la hacienda is also good. If you need more I can go on for days! I miss the food from around there!

Anything but the chain places. Love to find the mom and pops that not many people can find without the local help

            Prejean's

Go up to Lafayette to Prejean's, good food.

I have spent a lot of time in New Iberia just down the road, there is also the Boiling Point on 90 between Broussard and New Iberia, they have the biggest shrimp you'll ever see. I'm not a fan of their boiled crawfish, it seems to be straight cayenne and nothing else in their boil.

It's been a few years since I was there but the Blue Dog Cafe was pretty good. Prejeans( I guess that's the spelling) is really good too.
