I've been eyeing one of those boats, I need to get me another fishing one.

One suggestion, might want to add about 2-3' of chain between the anchor and the rope. It'll help hold the top of the anchor down and let the claws hold on to the bottom better.

I got a $75 ticket at that park from the COE Rangers once for leaving my truck on the ramp while I did a midnight run to my trotlines. I figured it being midnight and there not being another vehicle in the entire park and 3 more lanes on the boat ramp that nobody would mind, guess I was wrong.

They were desperate to write that ticket too, they waited a good 30 minutes for me to row back.

That could definatly leave a bad taste in your mouth. I see wylie pd out there often an that is usually a good thing due to some of yhe people i have seen at those free parks. I like mallard becase i can see my truck.
