    I dun did it

    Wuts up family??

Ok so last year was my very first year hunting with a bow/gun and or anything else you would call it.

I was using a PSE Brute that I picked up from a family member and had spent more in accessorizing it than the bow was worth.. To make things worse, I started shooting right handed, but shortly after learned i was Left Eye Dominant.

To make things really worse, I then was shooting the PSE both Left and Right Handed, depending on what Tree stand I was in and what felt better for that day..

I actually am not bad either way, but truly I knew that if I was going to shoot a bow and make this a permanent thing that I needed to get off the fence and shoot Left or Right not both.

Soooooo DOUBLE G is to blame.. He let me hold that **** BowTech Insanity LH and holy crap is it fast.

So I Dun DiD IT! Bought it, hook, line, sinker, and all... I wont post how much a spent that day, I'm sure my wifes investigators are close on my tail anyway.. I just really want to know what others have to say about the bowtech...

This is the most money I thought I would ever spend on a bow.. I mean i know they say its not the bow its the indian, but hey 'Im only a 16th cherokee (if you get it go ahead and laugh)...

Good Luck to all of us in the very near future...

Bowtech makes quality bows. Good luck and glad you stopped half assing it with your equipment.

    Now go kill stuff!!

staying as a lefty will allow you to hold your shooting form, relax, focus onthe target and become a better shot. using good equipment also helps too.

I know what you mean. I fell in love with the BowTech HeartBreaker the first time I shot it. It was super fast. Bowtech makes some good bows!

as long as it feels right to you. I shoot the Bowtech Invasion and love it. I've purposely been staying out of archery shops just to keep the temptation of picking up the insanity from overtaking me. But, it is pretty easy to resist since I am so comfortable and happy with the invasion. Bowtech makes great bows, as long as it feels good to you, you'll be fine.

Got an Insanity back in may. Talk about a grat bow. I had a Matthews DXT and still love that bow but I picked up almost another 40 feet per second with the Insanity. Sure does make shots out to 50 alot flatter. You will love this bow. I do admit is is not quite as smooth as my Matthews but it makes up for it in different area. This sucker has some serious Kinetic Energy also. Smashed a Axis doe thru both shoulders at 38 yards with a Rage Extreme 2 blade. Complete pass thru and it sounded like I hit her with a Bowling ball on impact. She almost made it 30 yards and plowed dirt in under 10 seconds.
