Too small??

We are considering making an offer on this house on 5.5 acres. It is a small neighborhood in the county but there are some houses pretty close by. I'm wondering if others would bow hunt it judging by the layout. It has a small tank which is the only water nearby. When we viewed the house the other day about 20 deer ran off when we pulled in the driveway, also the previous owner has netting on all the shrubs and bottoms of the trees because the deer are eating them. The whole property is covered in deer droppings.

I live in a neighborhood with lots of domesticated deer. It's kind-of frowned upon to kill them, but people still do it so I've heard, but haven't witnessed it. I haven't been hungry enough to shoot the scenery in my back yard yet.
