Camp axe/hatchet ID

Do any of you know anything about axes/hatchets?
I bought a small hatchet head at a yard sale for a couple of bucks.

I figure it would make a great small camp Axe. I need to get a hickory handle for it.
It will also be a cool restore project.

It is branded:
Collins Hartford Conn.
it has a forearm with a hammer in it.

It kind of looks like some sort of shingle Axe?

I'm just curious what the model name might be?

I'm going to remove the rust and should be able to get better photos once that happens.

I think it is a shingle hatchet. The little notch is a nail puller.

I got all of the rust removed and I noticed part of the ID stamp is damaged. looks like someone hit it with a grinder wheel.
