Devers here, 32.5 miles and 41 minutes away.
Been there going on 4th year. There are a few dear. But hard hunting since east tex swamp. I have pics of 4 nice bucks I never see from the stand. And we have been AR for the second year now. Seeing more bucks because of it and I think it will get better even with all the surrounding poaching.
I'm happy we have a warden visit our club camp sites every year. Just him being seen does the area good.

Matagorda Co. The place is always for sale but as long as it rains it won't sell. Right now anywhere you step water will squish up. Ain't the best lease but it's an hour away and we get hogs and some deer.
