You are a better man than me trying to recover a hog in July in the dark. Be careful and post pics.

                Reviewed the shaky footage.
Pig was hit high in the shoulder. Looked like only 4-6 inches of penetration. Prolly got one lung high.
No blood on ground at point Of impact. Looked all over pasture. Walked the fencelines as well. Just got in. No recovery. Drinking gatarode now.

Btw yoakum and Cuero. Just a small place that I have access to. Typically 12 3/4 wide deer, occasional wide 16 incher 'muy grade', very rare turkey, and pigs.

I hunt between Meyersville and Cuero on my place. Always has pigs rooting up there. Same size bucks, but saw two very wide outside the ears last season. Tagged two good toms with my bow in March.

                          Good for you!
I have only 3 turkeys on camera in 15 years. I give them a break and don't shoot. I also keep milo in my feeder for them.

Well bummer on the pig, gander has had a tree arm for cameras on sale here in Lubbock. Might check one around where your at if there is one close. I think it was about $40
