Time for surgery again

Just found out I have an umbilical hernia. I told the Dr to put me in for the surgery.

I had that same surgery done around Thanksgiving last year. It's not so bad but you will have to take it easy on the abs for a while. It will take almost a year before the hard knot of scar tissue loosens up. Make sure you wear the girdle for the prescribed amount of time. The stinging/tearing sensation will subside in a few days. you'll be fine as long as you go easy.

I had that same thing done 3 weeks ago. the HARDEST part is limiting your physical activity. but you gotta do it.

they put mesh in my belly. first couple days is rough... go real easy and you will be fine.
