I kept getting texts while I was at the lake... those ribs look good or when's dinner and for the life of me couldn't figure out wth was going on.

You don't think he gave you the whole recipe do ya? yeah saw that once I got home but it was a few days later so I didn't comment. Its all good though. I tell people that recipe has been handed down from generation. My dad saw it on tv and told me about it. I'll try and do a live rib thread Saturday cause I am going to make a couple racks.

I worked in not one, not two, not three, but 4 of the buildings shown in pic number 2.

If you're into horse art, there's a statue of running horses in Williams Square that is supposedly the largest in the world as well as statues of cattle in a pasture closer to UTD.
