Not a live hunt, but there's one more dead pig in Milam county tonight. Came to the property this evening planning to go sit under the big moon. Was just about to head to my blind with the DXT when I looked up at the feeder by the house and saw a hog under the feeder IN BROAD DAYLIGHT! Had to grab the boom stick and let him have it. I was trying to shoot him behind the ear but must have hit him in the neck with the 22-250 round because he bang flopped creating a huge dust cloud. When the smoke under the feeder cleared he was gone! Guess he saved me from having to drag him off. I'll find him in the morning. I'm headed out with the bow to spill some more blood
