    Archangel 10-22 conversion kits

Has anyone had experience with this conversion kit? I messed the stock up on my carbine, and this looks to be a sweet option. My son wants an AR in .22. What say you?

I bought one and installed it. It put together easy and looks good. I have however not had the chance to shoot it. I have a 3X9 Leopoud on it and I want to see if it will hold zero.

Pretty simple to install though? Any pointers you may think will come in handy? The only guns I break down are my duty pistol and my shotguns. Well, I guess I break down my AR's too.

I break down my takedown recurves and my 1911 and the 1911 is a slow process.

I did not like the front sight piece that came with the kit. I thought it looked cheesey and may affect accuracy so I left it off.

I followed the directions and did not tear anything up. If I can do it it can't be very hard. ;-)

I am thinking about modifying the front piece to keep the bayonet lug, and keeping my metal flash suppressor on it. I read the directions last night, doesn't seem to hard.

Let me know how it goes. I plan on sighting mine in in a few weeks. I will try to post about it.
