Houston Area Hog Hunting for a 9 Year Old

My 9 year old son is suddenly eaten up with wanting to hunt so I'm trying to get him out tonight to see if we can find him a hog while he has the fever. I don't have a local lease and have called Cougar Run but I had to leave a message for their owner.

Does anyone else know of a place we can go?

Sam, Ive got a small place in Hankamer that had a few on it a while back. I will check on it and see if there still hanging around. If so, your welcome to take him there, I have a 10' tripod with a a loc on about 10' away so you can sit with him. If no hogs I bet he could get a coon.

look at matt family orchard, they have a website and i think its in tomball...never been just heard about it

Cougar run is a blast if you can shoot 30-50 yards. the hogs don't really hit the feeders. Call bucks taxidermy in santafe he ran 100 acres in alvin that was loaded w hog
