Not once in my life have I had a 40 ounce beer! But have had plenty of Big Gulps....LOL!!

I remeber the 64oz of OE about 18 years ago. King Cobra up SFA was .73 for a 40oz.

Growing up in Tyler, we had to drive "across the creek" to get beer. On the way, we crossed Lake Palestine on 155. There's a mile long bridge that crosses the lake and once you get across the lake, that's where the beer stores are.

We'd get a Quart or a 40 and it had to be FINISHED before we crossed back over the bridge... That's about a mile 1/4... So, I've had my fair share of them.


Last one I had was about 2 years ago...

Can't say that I have ever drank a 40 .oz nor have I ever had the desire to drink one.

I'm not even a tall boy fan. 12 oz cans and standard bottle is all I needed. Now whiskey was ALWAYS a different story

Never drank a complete true "Fauty"....but drank plenty of Miller Lite, Coors Lite, Bud Light and Beast quarts back in the day.

I took a few swigs off one true 40oz Magnum I believe it was and decided that malt likka wasn't for me..

That was always an on going joke with my buddies many many years ago 10 + you had to drink what they bought no matter how bad it was...It never failed to be the cheapest 40 in the store... and if you didn’t finish it you had to buy the next two rounds(your choice of course)...

Now I am going to have to pay them a visit and show up with a couple of 40's....
