I don't normally post much on here but I feel like I may have not done my part so here is the first part of this thread.
I have a life long friend that has been like a sister to me. Her and her husband lost their little girl last night due to lots of complications. Zoey Kate Caskey was just over a year old but in her short life touch more lifes and showed our community what strength, hope and love truly is. She never spoke, walked or did anything that a so called normal kid can do but today as I post this I know she is spinning and dancing in the presence of our Lord and Saviour. Life isn't promised to us and if God calls home a precious little baby girl it makes it even more real that a sinner like me can take his last breath in an instant. Please keep the Caskey family in your prayers, they have hard days ahead.
The praise part of this post is now
My wife and 17 others from our Church just returned a few days ago from a mission trip in Africa. This is the second year my wife has been and it is a huge part of who she is today. This year they saw some 11000+ people come to know Christ as their Savior. Our faith can be tested in many ways and life will always be a struggle but I believe my God has a plan and his plan is good even if we don't understand it.
