I have built up quit a bit of reward points and curious if you can use these to buy a firearm. I thought I remember you not being able to, but wanted to check to see if. There is nothing on their website about it.
Not sure about the points, But I will save you $100 and up with this info.
DO NOT BUY FIREARMS FROM BASS PRO SHOP, or Cabelas and especially Gander Mountain.

I bought a Tikka 25-06 at BP using gift cards. Cheapest Rifle I ever bought cost me all of $76.00 NIB
I love that rifle.
On a side note, don't know about using reward points at BP, but I did use them at Cabela's for one, so I would imagine you could at BP also. Just call them and ask
Thats what I am saving mine up for. I have right at around $100....so at the very least I will get a sick discount on whatever I ever decide to purchase.
i bought a pistol with minbe a few years ago and have enough to buy another one now. their prices are high but it doesnt matter when your using their points. free guns is hard to beat!

Not true...paid $500 for a Benelli supernova goose gun.
Gun goes for over $600
Do they ? Lady told me they don't. But I need to ask them to turn my account back on if I havent purchased anything in 90 day of my last purchase.
I work at Cabelas, actually in the Cabelas Club booth our points never expire. I have heard from several customers that BP does. I do not know if that is certain but I have heard that from several people.
Cabelas has better selection and points program than BP. They never expire and I know for a fact that BPs does.
Bass pro points do expire. But all you have to do is ask at the service desk to reinstate the points and they will and every time I have done that I always recieve free points when they renew the card. I'm not sure about buying a gun with the points but like mentioned above you can always buy a gift card first then buy the gun.
