Man just when you think all this rain this spring was going to bring things down and then fuel prices start coming down, a barrel of oil jumps up by $5-6 bucks and we get this crap news about corn . I guess I need to go buy another pallet at today's prices of $7.49/40 and take my chances this isn't a bogus report....

It's a dry one out there, but this happens every year usually. They were talking last year about the same thing. Speculators love to jump the price.

it has seemed like relatively moderate summer as far as moisture goes in my neck of the woods. I know my cows still got plenty of native grass to browse on. Wouldnt of even been any topsoil left this time last year.
