For the grill it is either steak, country style ribs or pork chops

For the smoker it is brisket, chicken or pork loin.

For grilling, it's steak......ribeye is my favorite but also like a t-bone or ny strip. Chicken comes in 2nd. Bacon wrapped/cream cheese stuffed jalepeno's and corn on the cob would be my favorite sides to grill.

I'm not much of a smoker, I've done some deer sausage before that turned out ok and a ham that didn't......don't try it enough to get good at it so I can't complain!

I also forgot one of my favorites, cedar smoked salmon. Two cedar planks, add lemon pepper on the salmon and smoke that baby. Melt in your mouth taste.
