Tried all of the above mentioned ones and some of the store brand hog mix that you put on the ground and mix in.. But really anything really works those darn things attack anything.. Corn is really the cheapest way to go... mix in some garbage your gonna toss from the fridge and your golden!... Good luck and KAP!

I think the key is to be there when they find it. I have put out a host of things and tried just about everything that has been mentioned in this thread. Nothing seems to speed up the time factor. So basically, they will eat it all, and I have found none that will make them find it any faster than they normally would.

More time in the field and night time is the best.

            Corn.
HAve used the 2 foot hole w/corn and diesel trick but unless you want planet sized craters in your hunting lanes, i dont suggest it-- it does bring the hogs though.

Carpet stapled to a tree and doused in diesel works as well.

            but in the end... corn.

good luck with what ever you choose. i had good success with a bucnh of expired jello mixed in water and poured into a hole. pigs destroyed the ground and ate the dirt as well.

100 pounds of corn with a bag of hog wild, two or three cans of cheap beer and a touch of diesel makes a good batch.
