What to do with kids in rain at Rockport

We have twin 5 year olds, 8,10,and12 year old in Rockport trying to find something to do that will entertain them. Anything other than Texas State Aquarium or Lexington?

go to the beach?? kids will have a blast.. your gonna get wet anyway.. unless its thundering and lighting..
