Making 10# of beef cheek to take to work in the am
the kids love to help cook.
on the pit now gonna let it smoke for a couple hours, pull it out wrap, get fire up to about 275 degrees and go to bed going in at 5 and by then the temp will still be at 190. Gonna make some fresh pico de gallo too. Mmmmm.

Thanks guys, ya After you make it yourself you find it very hard to go and buy it for 9.99 a lb. I make it at least once a month for my parents n MIL. It's very simple and it Is the best I have ever had maybe all in my head cause I make it but the family agrees. Got about a hour till I wrap it more pics to come
