Go to realtors and tell them you are shopping your house around to sell. I got a deal where if two different realtors are involved they split 4%, if my realtor sells it in is own firm he gets 2.75%. You just have to work them down from the standard 6%.

If you have a nice up kept home it will sell itself if you have it priced fair. Look for discount realtors in the area. As long as they get it listed online you will be good to go.

I had a lady sell one of my homes for $1,500 and $200 for professional photos. Sold in 5 days.

check out congress realty out of austin, you can list it with them and it goes on mls, but you just pay a flat fee

Goto For Sale by Owner. List it on MLS until it sells for about $200. Take good pictures and put it on Craigslist with your MLS listing. Good luck as it is a buyers market right now.
