    Quick and easy sneakyfeed install

This is my quick, cheap, and easy sneakyfeed install.
Picked up a SF unit from quadzilla.
Bought a cheap 6v wildgame innovations eye broadcaster/timer unit.
Test mounted the SF unit along one side of the box and marked where the antenna should protrude out the back. Drilled hole for antenna.

Covered the existing hole for the eye with electrical tape on both sides of box.
Inserted bracket bolt with a lock washer on inside of box where the SF unit will be.

Wired the SF to the spinner motor and battery ( temp 6 volt battery used - my rechargeables are at the ranch) and attached the antenna.

Installed the mounting brackets for the box... Peeled off the cheesy wildgame innovations sticker..
Connected VIA WiFi and tested using the SF app for my Droid.

I like where you are going with that... but the WGI box wont hold a 12 volt motor and battery.

I popped the rivets off the bottom, lowered the floor 5-6 inches and added a piece above the door. All riveted back together and some silicone used to ensure it was still water proof... Worked out well.

As we speak Im building another one for the sneaky feed out of an ammo cam... but the 12 v motor is still in the mail somewhere... Once it comes in I will post it up.

Yeh I realized that, but planned on mounting a battery box under it (just another empty broadcaster box) when I convert to 12v.

I like it-I bought some feeder housings with nice 12 volt motors from All Seasons for about $45 and they are great for a 12v system. Love the Sneaky Feed!

Now I just need to find another Feeder plate adapter....

I guess I lost this one.

nice. Will the solar charger pick up light under the feeder barrel mounted like that?
I like the one piece design

Ya the ammo can is so large it almost sticks off the side of the barrel. At that angle it catches alot of sunlight.

The old American hunter/ new sunslinger have there little 6v solar panel kinda set up the same way.

The 12v solar panel hangs out much further than that..let me see if I can get a pic for you.
